Identified optimal customer profile and delivered actionable insights, used during Series B fundraise, board meetings, and growth strategy.
  • Built v0 of 'Try Sai' public demo page to convert non-customers and showcase AI capabilities before main product launch. Developed React frontend enabling users to test blood analysis interpretation without account creation. Shipped functional demo within 72hr deadline, driving acquisition funnel expansion.
  • Built comprehensive COGS analysis for 3PL renegotiation: Analyzed supplier agreement costs against operational data to build business case for reducing supplier agreements.
